Nature of This Resource

This is a private reference site, not a government office. It does not store official booking, jail, court, sheriff, Kentucky Department of Corrections, federal, or ICE records. It cannot verify custody, release a person, change a charge, file a court document, or obtain an agency record for a visitor.

The pages point toward official Hardin County and Kentucky resources and may connect visitors with outside research tools. A link or search feature is informational and does not create an agency relationship, endorsement, or promise about results.

Acceptable Use Rules

You agree to use the site responsibly and only for lawful purposes. In particular, you must not:

Hardin County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports, and neither it nor its advertising partners offers screening services. You agree not to use site information for:

• Decisions about hiring, firing, promotion, or other employment matters
• Tenant selection, leases, or any housing-screening decision
• Creditworthiness, lending, or setting insurance premiums
• Eligibility for licenses, permits, benefits, or government programs
• Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA

Outside Websites and Services

Links may lead to jail rosters, booking systems, sheriff and corrections pages, court portals, legal-aid information, federal locators, or third-party search services. Those organizations control their own content, privacy practices, data, availability, pricing, and terms. We do not endorse or accept responsibility for an outside service merely because it is linked.

Service Provided As Is

The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that:

• Information is accurate, complete, or current
• Access will be continuous or uninterrupted
• The site is free of errors, defects, or security weaknesses
• A partner search will return complete or useful results

Custody, booking, warrant, and court information can change quickly. Nothing published here is an official statement by HCDC, HCSO, the Kentucky Department of Corrections, a court, or another government agency. Verify material with its original custodian.

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Hardin County Busted Mugshots, its owners, operators, and contributors will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from access to, inability to use, or reliance on the site or an outside service.

Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the site, its owners, operators, and content partners from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the site, your misuse of information, or your violation of these terms.

Ownership of Site Materials

Unless a different owner is identified, the original text, graphics, logos, presentation, and code belong to Hardin County Busted Mugshots or its content partners. You may not copy, republish, distribute, sell, alter, or create derivative works from protected material without prior written permission.

Revisions to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. A new version becomes effective when it is posted here. Continued use after posting means you accept the revised terms.

Suspension of Access

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to all or part of the site at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice, including when use threatens security, availability, or compliance with these terms.

Kentucky Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Kentucky. Public-record access remains subject to applicable law, including the Kentucky Open Records Act in KRS Chapter 61.

Severability of Terms

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms remain effective. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only as much as necessary to make it enforceable where the law permits.
